6. Your content

You own the content you post on agidion. By posting you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and deliver it to other users as part of the service. You can delete your content at any time; upon account deletion your content is removed within 30 days.

7. Uploaded media

You may upload images to posts, stories, and your profile. By uploading you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to that content and that it does not violate these terms. Uploaded files are processed (resized and stripped of metadata) and stored securely.

8. Newsletter

Newsletter subscription is entirely optional. If you opt in during onboarding or later, we will send you a confirmation email. Your subscription only becomes active once you click the confirmation link (double opt-in). You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.

9. Intellectual property

The agidion name, logo, and related trademarks are owned by us. You may not use them without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is." We won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings; deletion takes effect within 30 days.

12. Changes to these terms

For material changes we'll notify you via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Germany.
